At Tsawwassen Shotokan Karate Club, we offer professional Shotokan Karate training for the whole family. Our classes are designed to improve physical fitness, mental focus, self-confidence and self-defense.

Sensei Graham Mallett

Head Instructor

 

4th-degree black belt and is a Level D Instructor, Examiner and Judge with the JKA. He has been practising karate since 1967 and has a significant leadership role within the club. Graham, has a Ph.D. Retired from the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Education.

What age groups do you cater to?
We offer classes for children, teens, and adults of all ages.

What should I wear to a karate class?

White Gi with bare feet

 

No Jewelry: Remove watches, rings, earrings, etc., for safety.

Personal Items: Some bring a water bottle and a small towel, as classes involve physical exertion
